     The PCUSA is the largest Presbyterian denomination in America, with a membership of approximately 2.5 million people. It is also the most theologically diverse Presbyterian denomination. Consequently, within her communion there are all different types of congregations from conservative to liberal, to everything in between.

     Our church seeks to be Christ-Centered and Biblical in all that we do and believe. We believe the Bible is the Word of God and our final authority in all matters of faith and practice. We joyfully confess Jesus Christ to be the only Lord and Savior of the world, and acknowledge the necessity of sharing his saving grace with all who would answer his call to follow him.

     We are a community of Christians who sincerely believe in the core doctrines of the Christian faith, as expressed in the ancient creeds of the church. The Apostles Creed is our bedrock confession of faith.

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord;
 who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried;
he descended into hell;
the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church;
the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins;
the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting.
Amen.
