CONGREGATIONAL LIFE
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
- Acts 2:42-47

Monthly Fellowship Dinner
Our church meets once a month for a cover dish fellowship meal, usually on the last Wednesday evening of the month, at 6 pm. Sometimes we have a program, and sometimes we just eat together and enjoy one another’s company. We have a lot of fun together and the food is great!
Music Ministry
One of the strengths of our church is our music ministry. Our choir and handbell team are incredibly talented and enrich our worship services immensely! Both groups meet on Wednesday evening, with handbells at 6 pm and choir at 7 pm. All are invited to make a joyful noise unto the Lord!
Women’s Ministry
The ladies of our church are very active in monthly Circle Meetings and are doing many other things to enhance and bless our congregational life together. Our circles meet once a month and pick a Biblical theme and book to study each year. In addition, there is also a weekly Explorer’s Bible Study for our ladies, which is focused on studying a book of the Bible. This is a great in-depth class to grow in your knowledge and love of the Word of God!
Prayer Ministry
We have a prayer group that meets every Wednesday morning at 11 AM to faithfully pray for our church, our city, state, nation, and the world. We also pray for our personal needs and the needs of our friends and family, and pretty much anything and everything. Our group seeks to be faithful in prayer and learn to pray Biblically. We also write lots of cards of encouragement to the people that we pray for.
Children's Ministry
At Forest Park Presbyterian Church, our Children's Ministry is a place where children can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover what it means to follow Jesus in their everyday lives. Rooted in Christ and committed to loving our neighbors, we strive to create a welcoming environment where elementary school students can ask questions, explore Scripture, serve others, and develop a deeper relationship with God.
Bible Studies
Our Bible Study classes invite you to explore Scripture through engaging, theme-based studies led by our pastor. Offered regularly throughout the year, each study typically meets over several weeks, giving participants time to dive deeper into God's Word, ask questions, share insights, and grow together in faith within a welcoming community.
