The JOY fellowship met on September 20 for lunch and were entertained by a presentation by Emma Davis, a Forest Park worshipper, of a story called “Miss Tizzy”. This was a story about a woman and her love for the children around her and their love for her when it was needed most. The story resulted in the group present recalling childhood memories and stories of their own. This was a meaningful time for all. The group was also given a “fall phrases” scramble activity and a books of the Bible exercise to complete. Our next meeting will be October 18 at 12 noon. The meal will be provided.
